Low level security personal treats you like a criminal! Security guard Gaby is the lowlife who thinks she owns the place, refused to let me in after my 3 children entered with a friend. All because I had a small pocket knife ( about 1 1/2"" long) on my key-ring at the entry gate. They told me that I have to walk back to my car with it, or I can leave it with them, but they will not save it for me for the time of exit, but trow it in the trash (means: steal it ). I detached the small pocket knife from my keychain, walked outside the gate, but I didn't want to walk a mile back to my car and I tossed away my small pocket knife into an overgrown bushy area. Upon my return to the entrance, the security guard stopped me that I can't return to the park, because in her opinion I had no time to go to my car and back, I must have hidden my pocket knife somewhere. I told her that I tossed my knife away into the bush outside the parking lot. She told me that I broke ""their security rule"" and she will not let me in. After arguing that I have no knife on me anymore, and I don't represent any threat to nobody inside, she replied that no way she will let me in and I have to leave the premises immediately. I told her that I need to get my 3 children out, and I need to get a refund. She told me that I can't enter the park to retrieve my children, and that I have to call my kids or my friend to get them out, and that I can't get a refund at all. I marched in anyway, got my children and demanded to talk to the park manager. The security supervisor Gaby told me that she is in charge, and I have to leave the park immediately. She called the sheriff, who explained to me that the only thing I can do is to complain on the internet at their costumer relationship site, (which of course does not exist), but I have to leave now. They escorted me and my children away to my car like a criminal. I'll never visit this awful place again, and I'll tell all my friends and children to stay away from this awful place. All this after driving 45 minutes to get there, paying $15 for parking, paying for 2 adult and 3 children's passes with a total of over $200. An establishment who hires low life security personal like Gaby should not get away with this. Please stay away from Magic Mountain and visit other quality parks with your children!!! Cons: Awful customer service, security treats you like a criminal!
