I spent a half hour at the will call booth trying to get my sons season pass numkber. I picked up the phone and got the information in 2 minutes what the booth operator was not able to get and was ready to turn me away.\r As I was waiting for my turn again, my son asked me what was taking so long and I said these people are ""brain dead.""\r The booth operator overheard me and had someone standing at the gate to escort me out of the park and denied my entrance.\r I requested a fefund but they would not return my entrance fee. \r I had to beg several managers to let me in so the rest of may family could enjoy the day.After over an hour, they let me in.\r Then while on a ride waiting in line 2 groupd began to argue over someone moving up with their group as they got seperated in line. They stopped the ride for 10 minutes and called security.\r The customer service is completely lacking!!!\r They should take lessons from Norstrom or Disneyland!!\r This is DEFINATLEY NOT THE HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH!!!!!!!! Cons: WORST DAY EVER
