Don't ever buy from this store. The owner is rude and their service is horrible. I bought a watch as a Christmas gift (not special order) and they would not refund money even though I returned in original box and unused. I asked them if I exchanged for a less expensive watch if they could refund the difference because it was a very expensive watch and I could not afford it (I was very honest with them), they said no that they could only give store credit. I never signed anything acknowledging their terms and their store receipt even says ""No Refunds on Special Orders"" which means they give refunds. They have HORRIBLE customer service and do not want to work with people at all. They knew when I bought the watch it was a gift because it was a men's watch and I am a female and it was for Christmas. Don't ever buy from them, go to Beverly's instead, they are much nicer there.
