Review content:
This place is horrible. Renting here was the worst mistake of my renting history. At this price, I could do much better.
The parking spaces are not enough for the cars, and the trees drip sap on your car, which cannot be washed off. And they are building even more apartments, but not increasing parking spaces.
The place is under constant construction, so be ready for the welding, hammering and grating noises.
Management is extremely petty, if you park your car on the same spot for two consecutive days, you will find an extremely sticky note on your car asking you to move it. In other words, when you live here and plan to stay indoors, find another place to park your car. Management will even say things like ""the windshield did not look like that of a car that has been driven today' and ""the car is parked on the exact spot it was parked yesterday"" wtf? How do you keep your windshield clean when the clan of ravens that live on the trees excrete at an alarming rate?
Management have reserved parking for themselves, without the bird excretement and the sap from the trees. On some weekends, you can't use the swimming pool because there's no one to open it! The laundry rooms are tiny and inadequate, not to mention archaic. The laundry machines are always breaking down. so it's fingers crossed when doing your laundry. I could go on and on about this place, but in a nutshell, don't rent here. Appearances can be VERY deceiving.
Pros: Proximity to safeway, post office, burger king
Cons: too many to mention
