Oh more issues I thought of, this place is just horrible period. They raise your rent by $25 it seems like every 8 months if you do not decide to sign another lease. Who would want to sign another lease with such a horrible place. The women that work in the office are constantly talking crap about tenants to other tenants. Seriously, these are old women and they go around acting like that. I have just had it with this place, they dont care about anything but money. They put on such a wonderful show also and when you have an issue with someone who lives here that gets there rent paid by the state, they basically tell you to deal with it bc they dont want to. Get over yourselfs. these apartmen ts are not worth all that. You guys are some of the rudest, dishonest, crappy people I have ever met. to top things ogg, the managers daughter lives in an apartment behind a mail box, everytime I check my mail you can hear them screaming at their poor little daughter. I have heard it from my porch before also. White trash is exactly what these apartments are. Horrible racoon problem, when it rains we get tons of flys in our window.
