2 1/2 months ago, carpets cleaned nicely, but wouldn't recommend them.
Technician knocks HOLE in wall but doesn't realize! I called him that day. So, why 2 1/2 months later there is a still a hole?
This company you have to keep calling and calling, if there's an issue. They never return calls...and if they do, they don't make it a priority. Whenever they called back, they spoke to voicemail, and never followed through.
After 2 months, spoke with someone who seemed concerned. They made appointment, for someone to come assess damages. I rushed home, instead found voicemail stating that they'd rather not drive to residence. Instead, requesting written quote of damages, faxed.
Is fax machine working? NO! So, they say mail it.
Basically, they don't care about customers. Most businesses would be highly concerned when inflicting damage on someone's property. They would make it a high priority. Not them!
Pros: Good cleaning
Cons: , Don't return calls, No effort to repair
