I was a participant of this camp and I walked into it thinking ok.. I will hit a few laps around the track, do some jumping jacks and that's it... from day 1 my trainer Rob exceeded my expectations and taught me that it is more then hitting some laps .. it is about being mentally strong, working through the pain and pushing past it. I can honestly say that this has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I felt empowered, uplifted and will forever be grateful to Rob for his excellent work ethics, his positive outlook on life and for transforming me mentally and physically. I look forward to working with Rob in the near future and I recommend him to anyone who wants to change their life from the inside out. #team Rharebreed will forever be embedded in my mind body and soul! Thank you Rob for all that you have done and continue to do for people whose trying to become better! xo
