Review content:
Not really sure why user clevelanddesis had such a negative experience with these guys. I've been taking all our Toyotas to them for over 7 years and never been shafted. Not saying they are the least expensive in the area but after experiencing the service departments in two different Toyota dealerships and having been unimpressed with their lack of professionalism with regard to their honest appraisals, or lack there of, I would have to conclude (unemotionally) that Alternative Solutions tells it like it is. In fact, they have told my family twice in the last year to stop putting money into two different cars and look for another car because they didn't want to see us waste money paying for ""their fishing trips"" as Tom says. Now that's blunt honesty if I've ever heard it. Most shops would keep raking you over the coals gladly taking your money without offering true solutions or alternatives, hence the name. How's that for logical unemotional analysis?
