Review content:
I don’t recommend Jumpy Jump Land. We were supposed to have my nephew’s 3rd birthday there on Dec. 1st @ 5 pm. My brother and his fiancé paid there deposit on Nov. 13 2012. As we arrive there a worker named Shureff told us that there was no party there that day. My brother’s fiance showed him their copy of the contract and he said that there isn’t anything he could do because there weren’t enough employees to help. We asked him for the manager’s direct number but he said that it’s on the contract, which the number on there is the business number. He then informed them that he couldn’t give them back their deposit till Monday. Shureff said that he recognized my brother and his fiancé when they went on a tour but he doesn’t remember them paying. The funny thing is that he was the one that gave them the contract and took their payment on Nov. 13 2012 She also asked him if there was anything else she needed to sign. When she paid for the deposit he said “no” but on the day of the party he said that they didn’t sign the waiver and we couldn’t just sign it that day because they didn’t have the wrist band. So he made us all leave. We didn't even get an apology from him. We had to tell 30+ kids who were from the ages of 2-7 years old that they weren’t going to have a party there. The worst part about it is that it was my nephew’s first birthday outside the house. The disappointment on the little birthday boy’s face was hurtful because there was nothing we could do to help him. We called around other jump places but they had events going on and it’s hard trying to arrange different plans in such a short notice and little cash left. We had no other choice then to have a party at the house. The worst part about this whole thing is knowing we can’t take the years back.
