Review content:
I was very disappointed with their sales department. I was told they were giving me a certain amount for my trade in and they wrote it on the worksheet and after we had a deal they changed it. Didn't tell me they changed it and I was there so long haggling with them about the price and the tradein I relied on their word. Never again. They changed the price and I didn't catch it till I had already signed the contract. They hand you all these papers to sign and initial and I didn't think they would try to pull a fast one but they did. Then when I questioned the finance officer he tried to explain it off as a tax credit. When actually they were taking my tax credit from the state and deducting it from my trade it. The sales manager said nothing about using my tax credit. He said they would give me. Not they would take part of my tax credit that is from the state not theirs to decide how they will give it to me. So they deducted almost 2 thousand from my trade and took it from my tax credit. Another person told me they did that to him as well. The dealership then tired to tell me the sales manager did explain that to me, which now on top of stealing my tax credit they are lying to boot. I would recommend another dealership or make sure you don't take their word for anything.
