Review content:
I took a $200 bag in that needed a simple repair, one line of stitching. They absolutely ruined the bag - glued the seam and left glue showing, bunched up the vinyl, didn't even bother to use a pair of scissors to cut loose threads. The repair couldn't have taken more than five minutes to perform and cost $11. When I politely told them I was unhappy and that I wanted my money back, and that they could keep the ruined bag, the guy argued with me, told me my business didn't matter and walked into the back while I was still talking. Now, not only did I lose an expensive bag that could have easily been fixed, I still had to pay for it to be completely ruined.
How $11 is more important than a satisfied customer is beyond me.
I will NEVER patronize this business again. Save yourself a hassle and go elsewhere.
