Ashtabula has a rich history of the Great Lakes and nautical themed antiques is just one of the items that you can find at Lighthouse Antiques.
The store is not in a lighthouse but is located in a small vintage brick section on the main street of downtown Ashtabula. The store is nicely decorated with shelves and Hoosier cabinets that are decorated with vintage linens and dishes.
The staff is extremely helpful and if they don't have one particular item, leave your wishes and phone number since the owners attend local auctions. You will probably get a call within several months and the owners will have your item.
We bought lawyers bookcases here for a reasonable amount and they held them for us for several weeks until we had good travel weather.
Parking is available on the main or side streets.
Super place!
