I selected my dress from Matina's it is a beautiful Vera Wang! I got an amazing price on it and they have taken very good care of me! 2 days after I put down a payment on the dress I thought maybe it wasnt the right one. I called up and was in tears, the OWNER said to come back in and try it on and if it isnt ""the dress"" then she would refund my money. I went back in and tried on the dress, i did not have an appointment or anything but they still took very good care of me! I decided it was the dress and we have ordered our bridesmaid dresses from there as well! They have been great to me and patient! No one was ever snobby or rude, and I have been there plenty of times without appointments. They really dont mind as long as you are flexible with them too! I think most of you have had a bad time is bc you are the SNOBBY BRIDES that go in there acting like you are better than everyone else. I think it is you with the problems not this bridal store! I have seen this be the case more than once! It is the bride and their attitude not the stores. I recommend Rada to every bride! She is AMAZING!
