Honest, ethical, committed and friendly. I'm a first time buyer and needed a used, good quality and affordable car. Efren treated my family and I with respect, he has taken the extra mile three times for me. When I saw my car I noticed something was missing and asked if it was possible to fix it, even though the car was being sold ""as is"" he went ahead and fixed the missing part. I also had a tiny problem with the car about 2 weeks later, he took care of that as well. A couple of weeks later he called me to let me know that I was getting a check in the mail from the dealership because he had charged us more than some of the fees cost. Another dealer would have kept the hundred dollars and never warned their customer, but Efren's moral and ethical work is beyond excellent. I have to be honest that I underestimated this used car dealership, but at the end, they were all worth it! Thank you Enet autos.
