This Karate Dojo is made up of young adults, family, and children sharing a traditional form of Karate. The cardio work out is coordinated with stretching and strength exercises thus expanding ones flexibility. \r

There is very good interaction between the instructors and students creating a corporative effort in developing their skills. One has a great opportunity to enjoy a pro active approach to a positive health maintenance program that lasts for life. \r

Classes are offered for kinder kicks through adult. \r
Pros: The facility is clean and accessable. Viewing available at all times for all classes.
