This is a corporate owned store and is a disgrace to the chain. The employees lie, are misinformed and unprofessional. No one has a name, including the manager who may or may not be there, depending on what mood they are in. The owner does not return calls which is no surprise considering the employees that are hired there. Yet another unfortunate example of an urban business thinking African Americans will accept inferior service. The good news is, some of them take the time to call corporate office and regional managers.
