Review content:
I lived at this complex for 4 years and I liked it for the most part. The heat, elect and ac were included in the rent. The only negative was that the rent went up substantially every year. The kitchen was quite small and only after I gave them my notice to leave, they replaced the ugly, dated kitchen cabinets!! Just my luck! I would say it is a nice property overall and the Landlady, Ruth, was a sweetheart!!!
Pros: Great Landlady
