I went to Lestan with my daughter for her bat mitzvah gown as well as a gown for myself. I read the reviews and I could not believe what people wrote because my experience was totally opposite. The help at lestan was great, they could not do enough for us. My daughter and I were unsure as to what we were looking for and the staff was so helpful in guiding us in the right path. My daughter found something and I was deciding back and forth between 2 gowns. The staff was very accomadating and patient with me considering my event was in 2 months and the ordering time was very close. Once I made my decision the store lived upto everything they said they would do. My daughters dress needed minor alterations (lifting the straps). Mine as well need little alterations, just a hem, they did not order it 2 sizes 2 big like the other reviewers claim. It came in fitting like a glove. I would definitely recommend Lestan to my friends and relatives. They certainly have the biggest selection around and I have been to many stores before going to Lestans. In fact I came from Long Island to brooklyn and it was definitely worth the trip
