This bridal shop is the worst cancer of all bridal shops. First off, they have NO cancellation policy whatsoever. This is unheard of and is basically a way to scam people out of money. For instance, every major bridal/bridesmaid manufacturer has a cancellation policy (except in instances of rush orders...and even then it's usually allowed but just with a fee) so why would the distributor of those gowns/dresses not also have a cancellation policy? Why? I'll tell you why....so that Lestan Bridal can keep your money for doing nothing than more than faxing a piece of paper. They are a SKETCHY bridal salon. One girl wouldn't even reveal her name when I and one of my bridesmaids was trying to get her deposit back. We did get our money back through massive pestering. So if you are persistent you can get your money back! No one should do business with this salon and everyone should stay the hell away.\r
