On June 16th 2009, a poster on citysearch and yellow bolt, and other sites, was found guilty of posting false statements of facts ,with intent to cause harm to scrub a dub ind.. The 3rd district court of Suffolk awarded monie damages to Scrub A dub ind. The posters used alias such as rolex pres. bob wiley, christian, unhappy customer, and his real name,Christian Nelisen of Ridge L.I.. his only intend was to cause harm
