I hired seamless development to produce a sophisticated product for me, and paid them $600,000 to do it, in December 2007 which they promised to deliver in August 2008. They never delivered a useable product, had long periods where no one from their team was available to work on my project, did not respond to questions, and worse, they just stopped work threw up their hands and told me it was complete in June 2009, delivering a locked zipfile without any passwords and shutting down my hardware connections so I could not launch or test the software they supposedly had completed. No refund, no apology, nothing. When I filed a lawsuit to recover my money I was contacted by another person who had the same experience, with the same excuses and result, paid all the money in the contract, never received the completed product.
