Review content:
I have tried many, many different shops in the North County area & even ones that were highly recommended always tried to sham me one way or another. I work on cars, but just don't always have time to, so I always know when they got me. Believe me, most of them do. This is the only shop that I've had that my wife has said that she received a decent amount of respect at & didn't try to take advantage of her naivety in auto repair. In fact, they went through trouble to help her understand what was & wasn't needed & why. Enough so that she was actually able to explain to me what needed to be done afterwards (usually, she just comes home & says that they did ""something"" to the car). I plan on using exclusively so long as these traits don't change.
Pros: Trustworthy, fast, everything is done correctly, respect
