Review content:
Poor customer service, shotty workmanship, and non-guaranteed work is what you get from Magic Auto Glass. We took our car in after it had been broken into and had them replace the passenger side window. They replaced it, but failed to fully connect the wiring causing the window to work intermittently; they did not clean up all of the broken glass in the door frame so it could be heard rattling around everytime I turned a corner. When I took it back to them the owner said that if I could PROVE to him that any of what I was saying was true he would gladly fix the problem. The proof he wanted was a signed letter from the dealer - absolutely rediculous! Spend a few extra dollars and find yourself a reputable establishment - it'll be worth it if you have any problems.
