Craig Swanson built a home for us in 1989. It was beautifully finished, he promptly addressed problems, and the window installation, drywall work, etc. was all high quality. The house was completed in a timely manner. It was a great building experience.
Pros: Timely, addressed problems, good attention to detail.
Cons: Landscaping service (sod was bumpy) - contract this yourself
