I bought a central airconditioning unit from Admiral climate control located in Rochester NH in 2006. The unit did not work well from day 1. It has been very hard to get the service technichicians out to the house to try and repair the unit. I have made many appointments with this company and they never show up to do the repairs. It is now june 2008 and my unit is still not working. I have been in contact with (Steve) who handles the phone calls - he will not replace the unit or give me my money back. I am now in the process of taking the company to small claims court. This company, admiral climate control of Rochester NH, is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with as far as reliability and honesty. Donna Gagne
