I called so many places to get someone to come and give me an estimate for shutters. No one would come out except Best Blinds. He came out THAT week. He gave me an estimate that was affordable. I continued to try to get other estimates but no one would come out. So I got shutters from Best Blinds. I love them! It was the same guy who came and measured that installed the blinds. He took his time and made sure all the shutters looked good. About a week later, my dog scratched one of the shutters and I called him to see if I could replace that panel. He said he would order another panel. I expected to pay an additional $300 or more... but he he came and replaced it, I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing! I also used him for our lake house and my husband's office. I now recommend Best Blinds to all my friends who want/need window treatments!
