We bought the top of the line mattress from Ever Rest - Ultra Plush Pillowtop. It was very comfy in the showroom, plush, yet gave good support. The mattress that was delivered? Well, it says Ultra Plush, but that is the only thing it has in common with the one in the showroom. It is as hard as a rock. I've purchased toppers in hopes of getting it softer, but nothing works. We were so anticipating getting this king sized bed - what a disappointment. And it should have been a tip-off that they say no exchanges or refunds....
