I had suffered a nervous collapse from overworking myself and that was combined with insomnia. In short, I was a wreck before i came to see Dr. Ziyar. His diagnosis and medication expertise brought me back to normality. He was so knowledgeable and professional that I wont consider any other psychiatrist! His years of experience make a patient know that they are in good hands. Anyone who wants ""real"" help should consider Dr. Ziyar. He is without question in the top of his field in Fresno. The negative review below seems like sour grapes to me, bringing up what kind of car he drives or however long his vacations seem like personal reasons not to like him. If you really want help you need to speak up and talk to your psychiatrist and not expect him to ASSUME he just knows whats wrong with you!
