Our blinds arrived around two weeks after placing our order. We ordered some bamboo blinds and they came a different color than what the sample was. The color had much more red than the sample. We had to send one of the blinds back along with the sample so they could ""compare"". Several weeks later, Shades Shutters Blinds called back and said there wasn't anything they could do about this. The material came from a different die lot and natural grasses are not perfect. They did offer to send us a new style but that isn't what we wanted. They also offered a refund. I am glad I ordered the sample or we would have been out of luck. After reading around the site, that's the only way they will honor ""wrong colors"". We finally settled on keeping these at half off. It isn't the optimal option but we can live with it. It wasn't worth the time or headaches.
