Businiess name:  Sushi On Fire

Review content:
Sushi on Fire is the best sushi in Huntington, in my opinion. We have ventured out to try other places, but for the price and the ambience, you can't beat Sushi on Fire. Since more people are learning about what a gem SOF is, it is starting to get pretty crowded on the weekends. I would recommend going before 6:30, or after 8, if you don't want to wait. However, I have never waited more than 15 minutes for a party of two for a table. Sushi bar wait is usually much longer. The ONLY draw back and the only reason I didn't give a 10 is that they don't have a bar, so if you are waiting, you wait outside. Anyway, we usually go here once a week we love it so much. The staff is great, and the rolls can't be beat. If you sit at the sushi bar, as the chef to whip you up something special that is not on the menu - they are awesome and always create something soooo yummy. Enjoy! Pros: ambience, variety, we always get 'saki on the house!' Cons: no bar, staff can be slow when they are busy (but that is to be expected)
