Review content:
I talked with them about picking up some items from my home. They said they would and did come the next day, which was great! When they called to confirm the appointment the night before they arrived I explained one of the piece would be sold as I had somebody that decided to purchase it and was picking it up. They said that was just fine! After the picked up the remaining items the next day I received a terrible call from the owner. He told me he didn't appreciate me not informing them of the sale. I explained I did. He was VERY rude and yelled at me and then even hung up on me! I'm speachless!! Don't buy or consign here and support this rude owner or terrible customer service!! I own a local business in town and you can bet I'll be informing all of my clients about this!!
