This apartment has great floor plans, a great pool, but an auful apartment manager. She is so strict, and if you are on her good side, you are okay, but if not, you will know it. They cant keep a maintenance man, theyve been through 3 or 4 in the last year......And when you move out, they make you professionally clean the carpet and provide a receipt or they will charge you for it. Ive lived in apartments for years and this is unheard of!!! they make you totally scrub the baseboards and window sills...not like i leave the place a pigsty, it is totally clean...but not up to their standards....dont expect your deposit back!! \r

I would recommend another apartment...charles point is overpriced anyway!! Good Luck!!
