I would love to be able to write a review for the wonderful care I received from Price Eye Care, unfortunately, I never made it to my appointment. I made an appointment 6 weeks in advance, which was the first they had available for me. The day before my appointment I received a voice mail reminding me of me appointment the next day. I didn't get the message immediately, but I returned the call about 4 hours later. At that time I was told that my appointment had already been given away to someone else. What??? I waited 6 weeks to see this Dr. (largely based on the reviews written here) only to find out that my appointment had been given away after less than 4 HOURS?? They did not offer to reschedule my appointment, but they did very generously offer to put me on a waiting list in the event of a cancellation. NO THANK YOU. I will find an eye doctor who will actually take care of my needs and who realizes that my time is valuable as well. One star is required, but my actual review is zero stars.
