Review content:
I was referred to this obgyn for ob care since my dr no longer handled pregnancies. After my first visit my husband and I were less than impressed. We asked two questions- one about when to expect lab results and another regarding copay and both questions the staff could not answer, did not even try to answer or find some one who could. Despite our first instict to find a new dr, I went in again and again. At this point I had to bring in my almost four year old to my appt and was informed that she would be a distraction, yes, that was the exact term. A doctors office whose business is children should not refer to a child as a ""distraction"". I am a SAHM....where else would my child be if not with me? She is not a handle full and even had a game to play. She was sitting on the chair provided for guests as both the dr and nurse said this about her. I am not going back. Any office that can not accomodate a mother and just one child for a quick check up is not for me! The staff seems too inexperienced and leaves too many questions unanswered- the important ones...when to expect lab results, what your copay will be, etc. I was more than willing to move to another dr office. When we are the ones paying for the services, we should expect only the best treatment.
Pros: location, only one doctor to see
Cons: staff, service, waiting room time can change depending on other paitients needs- emergencies, etc
