Initially, I thought this was a really great bike shop. Now I am having second thoughts. I purchased a bike there about a year ago. A Bianchi to exact; the shop no longer carries the Bianchi line. Most likely because the profit is much lower than a Trek or another American road bike. \r \r But, it remains under warranty and shouldn?t be an issue at all. As of about a month ago, I have been experiencing some noise coming from the bike when I am riding. I am the loudest bike on the road. I explained this problem to the owner and he thought it was the pedals or the bottom bracket. Ok, this person does this for a living and should have an interest in solving my problem. \r \r So, I opted to have them clean and re-lubricated the bottom bracket. When picking up the bike; he said that the noise was much better. After, riding it home, I knew that the issue wasn?t solved. But, I wasn?t that spiteful because I had my bike cleaned up and maybe it was just a mistake or bad diagnosis. $50. I took it back and it was recommended that I get a new set of pedals, they were probably just worn out and needed to be replaced. $65. The noise remained and I took it back a third time and had the store keep it a few days, so they could ride it. Upon returning, I was told that it was no the bottom bracket, but, it was metal fatigue on the rails of the seat. Maybe a new seat would do it. $65. \r My noise is still there and nothing has been recommended to solve it. They money is not the issue here it is the lack of concrete solutions that really bothers me. \r \r \r
