I've been to a lot of sushi restaurants. I like to try different places and find the best sushi. Orchid Asian Fusion was by far the best one i've been to in the philly/ south jersey area. Their sushi was always fresh, well rolled, and extremely delicious. However in September 2009, Orchid went under new ownership. It is now overpriced and the food is average at best. The rolls are smaller and sloppily rolled. The old orchid used to give you complimentary appetizer samples as well. The new owners don't do this either.
