Review content:
At first we really liked this place. We went, worked out, and everything pretty went pretty smooth. Then we had to cancel because we moved a fair distance from the club. First I just want to say they should consider dropping the word ?health? from their marketing standpoint. Any kind of business that causes this much stress, which causes poor health as we all know, when canceling a membership is just not worth it! Since joining I have heard about people that had trouble canceling their memberships for 6 months and even more in some cases. Our situation is currently not that bad but should a customer in good financial standings ever have to beg for a company to cancel their fees and not take money from them?! This company is ridiculous and they are just thieves masquerading in fitness gear. I would highly not recommend this place at all! All they wanted to do is talk about sending us back money that they stole from us and nothing has been done yet. Oh and this whole new owner/management thing is bs! We are currently a few days away from being in the month of May and this guy said he took over the place months ago!? STAY AWAY!
