""My girlfriend and I signed a 18 month lease and have lived through hell during this period. Some of the events that have occured in the last year are as follows: our dog was poisoned by substance used to oil doors and hindges it cost us almost $6K and luckly he survived, no cooking gas for over 1 month, no carpet on stairs and hallway for over 2 months, maintenance holes in the ceiling of my bathroom and kitchen wall were not fixed or covered for over 1 month, heat does not work properly (at a point in time this winter 311 said they received over 10 complaints calls in one day for just our building against Pan Am), super is very rude and defensive when approached by residents with basic maintenance problems, we were threathened when asked to terminate our lease due to lack of gas and were told that we wouldn't be able to afford the legal fees to go against Pan Am. Overall the worst landlor/tenant relationship. Please take this as a friendly warning. If you have a choice other than Pan Am do so!""
