Review content:
This service office has done a very good job of listening and learning about our concerns about our car, explaining what they propose to do about it, and listening carefully to our response. I feel very comfortable that they are going to address the need that the car has, and proceed in a way that helps us be informed and have control of the scope of the work. Our car is running good, and consistently has after services. I recommend Vancouver Toyota because I have consistently received high quality service and repair work, feel comfortable with their service department.
