Transformed my peri-operative experience! Delia helped me prepare for a big surgery several months ago with acupuncture, chinese herbs and nutrition counseling.The surgery went off without a hitch, and I didn't need as much pain medicine as the surgeon thought I would. No complications. Fast healing. And the post-surgical acupuncture treatments that Delia coordinated with my physical therapist made all the difference in the world. I'm enjoying full range of motion and SO much less swelling than a previous joint surgery I had 5 years ago before I was referred to One Health Wellness. If you are having a total joint surgery like I had, or really any other kind of surgery too, I highly recommend going to see Delia at One Health Wellness in Novato first. I'm so grateful for the personal and attentive care I received through what could have been a painful and difficult process. Best acupuncture in Marin!
