Think your crazy. Try looking at your bill again, Tom does nothing for free. Anything for the man to make a buck. I know for a fact he lies, and cheats anyone he can. If he does it to his staff, why not the cutomers too. I know for a fact that he lost most of his staff in the last two years, because he has no idea how to treat them. Also telling them one thing, and doing the other. I would never in a million years take my car back to this man. \r \r Part of customer service... The customer is always right, Not in Tom's head, for him he thinks Tom is always right. \r \r Will find another mechanic that treats me with respect, and actually knows what he is doing ( Tom does little or none of the work in his own shop, he has no idea how to.)
