The best dental practice in northern Kentucky for sure! The excellent service started with the phone call to the office, there was a friendly voice on the other end who helped me schedule an appointment. The questions asked were customer service minded in preparation for my first visit. Walking into the office, I was greeted with a warm smile and more kindness. My name was called and I met an amazing hygienist, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She educated me on gum disease and how destructive it can be if untreated. She explained to me how my gum disease would be treated and what it would take to maintain my oral health. I then met Dr. Jordan, he treated me as if I was his only concern during my exam. He listened to my concerns and helped me address my concerns with treatment based on priority. (He really takes his time and talks to you! I love that!) Upon completion of my exam, my treatment estimate was discussed with me by another awesome team member. She helped me understand my dental insurance and gave me the best estimate she could based on my policy. The cost of my treatment was worked into my budget and I started treatment that day!! Professional and courtesy care from start to finish! I love Buttermilk Dentistry, you guys ROCK!
