Review content:
The staff appeared to be confused on where we could sit. Without being escorted to a table, they simply waved in a certain direction of where we could sit. When finally finding a table with our nephew (birthday boy), we were told by a person who seemed to be an employee that we needed to move because it was reserved. We were completely surprised by the lack of coordination by a ""high-end"" joint. They finally sat us at a high bar table facing the wall, with my legs dangling down from the ridiculously tall chairs. The waitress apologized throughout the meal, confirming that we were not alone in our disgust. The food was great but the staff and patrons are overwhelmed with a CLUTTERED AND LOUD ATMOSPHERE. I will give it a third chance. The Roaring and Confused Fork is good but can be better.
