Review content:
After promising my bridesmaid dresses would be in weeks ahead of time, they proceeded to lie over and over again about when the dresses were shipped and when they would arrive. They refused to look up the tracking number and tell me where the dresses were. The owner and her mother were both extremely rude and unapologetic for the disaster they caused. I ended up having to go to another bridal salon and find dresses off the rack a week before the wedding. It was unimaginable and, as I said, the owner took zero responsibility and actually yelled at me in the store. I cannot believe they are still in business!
