Review content:
After storing our boat at Victoria Harbor this year, I would not recommend the marina. It IS convenient to Woodstock and Marietta, but you may want to look for other marinas.\r
On numerous occasions, we arrived at VH to find our boat was still in storage. The promise is that they will have it in the water within an hour of your call (though you must work around their lunch hour that isn't included in the hour commitment). On three separate occasions, we waited over an hour after arriving (which was 1-2 hours after calling).\r
On another occasion, they damaged the speakers mounted on our wake tower. While it was obvious the damage they did, it took several calls and stop-ins on my part to get to the General Manager before they replaced the speakers.\r
Lastly, they damaged our boat with the forklift which left several deep gashes in the hull. Again, no one wanted to take responsibility until I got to the GM. \r
In summary, VH is a nice little marina with the restaurant and facilities. However, they didn't take care of my boat nor did they come close to fulfilling their service commitment to getting our boat in the water when needed. If you want a dry storage option where the people will care for your boat like you do, I certainly didn't find this to be the place!
