Review content:
Pep Boys has been good to me. They do charge top dollar though. I recently had a leaking gas tank that started leaking on the 19th of Sept. 2012. I took it to Pep Boys and told them that the gas tank was leaking. After $160 and three weeks of waiting, they told me that they could not find a gas tank for my 1987 Dodge Dakota. I will donate it to Casa Esperanza and see what it fetches at auction. They did apologize and were very courteous. BTW, my wife had a flat tire in her 2001 Buick Regal LS and since they had sold me four tires a few years ago, they fixed the flat for free two weeks before the leaking fuel tank.\r

If they didn't charge for labor they wouldn't stay in business. It is seemingly harsh but the alternative is to fix it yourself and maybe have the car fall on you.
