Review content:
My son recently went in to get his tires done. He left his vehicle there and returned only to be told that they needed the special lug nut. Since he did not have the time to wait any longer, drove off disappinted. On leaving, he discovered (as his music on his IPOD did not turn on) looked in his glove box to see paperwork shuffled around and his IPOD stolen out of his vehicle. As he did go back to the store, he explained what happened and was told the person that was working on his vehicle was on a break. He did try to call the police to report this but told this was an internal theft problem through Pep Boys and they were unable to file a report. He did fill out paperwork at Pep Boys but nothing yet. From expecting great service to no service and having his personal property stolen is not what he expected. So buyers - beware - service personnel not to be trusted at all!
