Review content:
I went into this store yesterday, as I had some extra time before an appointment. I thought I might find some small religious gifts for my family for Christmas. There were no other customers in the store, and when I walked in I received a cold, semi-greeting from the lady sitting down behind the counter. As I looked around I noticed they had some nice things, but few things had a price. I inquired once about the price of something, and thats when I first noticed there was a man sitting down behind the counter too. He told me the price of the items (bookmarks) was on top of the display, but it was not. He got out of his chair eventually and came over and told me the price, since it wasn't on the display. His attitude was like I was bothering him. The ""coldness"" I felt from these people working in the store made me decide to finish up and get out of the store. When I was paying for the items I noticed a hand written sign on the cash register that said ""need change"", so when I asked the lady if I could help out, because I did have a lot of extra\r change on hand, she said ""nah"", so that was the end of that. No "" thank you"" or ""come again"" after the purchase either. I won't go back to this store, both these people working there made me feel as if I was bothering them, and know nothing about customer service. This was a real disappointment, especially for a religious store.
