Terri Lee cafe is a great family restaurant where you can go get sumptuous (Great) Caribbean food. The people are friendly, and the food is something else. When I step foot in this restaurant I feel like am back home in Jamaica. Their spicy J.erk chicken which is severed on Fridays, and Saturday is out of the world. The breakfast menu consists of ackee and salt fish, fried /boiled dumplin, liver and kidney fried plantain, and dont forget the callaloo and the cook food. For lunch you can get white rice, or rice and peas with many different types meat.. Some of these meats are curry chicken, curry goat, brown stew chicken, cow foot and their famous ox-tail which falls off the bone when you sink your teeth into it. I almost forgot they also have a soup of the day. My favorite is their peas soup. This soup is so rich and smooth it feels like am eating chocolate. Do you remember the saying too good to be true, well this describes this soup. Although I find the pea soup delightful, the customers cant get enough of Fridays soup which is cow cod soup. The soup is made at noon and fished by 4pm. People bring their own bowl from home to stock up on the soup. You may be thinking I dont know what cow cod is or what is curry goat is. Well just ask somebody in the restaurant and you will definitely get a answer that tells you exactly what you ask. At Terri Lee Cafe the customers always come first. With great food and such friendly people, Terri Lee cafe one of the best Caribbean restaurant in Tampa Bay Florida.
