Review content:
Frat/Dorm Quality Apartments. Black mold found in various places throughout building. Also, problems with r0aches and fire alarms. Heating and A/C units in rooms function poorly, but use a lot of electricity. Everything constructed with shoddy workmanship. Management is poor. Only one working elevator. Half of building closed since fire in May 2008.
